Where is my package?

After placing your order, it takes an average of 1 to 2 business days for your order to be processed and 3 to 5 business days for delivery in France. If these times are exceeded, please contact our customer service.


Where can I find my tracking code?

As soon as your order has been shipped, you will automatically receive a tracking code. Also, check your spam folder, as our emails are sometimes sent there. Please note that it may take some time for your tracking link to become active.


How can I track my order?
