Total Delivery Time: It takes an average of 4-7 business days to receive your order, Monday through Friday.

PROCEDURE IN CASE OF MISSING ITEMS

Reporting Missing Items: Contact our customer service within 7 days of receiving your package via info@urbanedenuk.com
Resolution: We will resolve the issue as soon as possible and send a replacement item or offer a refund.

RETURN POLICY

Returns: Returns are accepted within 30 days of the DELIVERY DATE.
Return Conditions: Items must be unused, undamaged and returned in their original packaging. Personalized items cannot be returned.
Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or not as described. In this case, Urban Eden UK will cover the return costs.
Repayment: Refunds are processed within 7 days of receipt of the return and are refunded to the original method of payment.

RESTOCKING FEES

No Restocking Fees: Urban Eden UK does not charge a restocking fee for returns.

RETURN COSTS

For defective products: No cost to the customer. This applies when the product is incorrect, damaged by the carrier, or otherwise defective.
For Customer Remorse: The actual cost of the return delivery will be charged to the customer. This applies when the customer buys the wrong product, the item doesn't fit, or they no longer want the item.
